Whole Grain Pancakes

That is my favourite breakfast lately: whole grain pancakes with marmalade.

 I don't know how to call them in english... I found on wikipedia that they are called kifli. They are not croissants, in polish we say rogal/rogalik. I decided to make some photos of them, they are not as 'photogenic' as for example fruits, but I wanted to try something new, how do you like it?

Today I woke up and went running, then made some exercises and after a quick shower I ate "fit and healthy" breakfast. This is simply yogurt, banana, teaspoon of honey and natural blackcurrant juice without sugar made of blackcurrants from my grandpa's country garden. Of course that was only my breakfast dessert!

After yesterday's party that was the perfect breakfast - vegetable salad and crispy bread.
